Writing this up quite late, starting to slack a bit but can still remember my workout.
Workout #7 – Evening workout
Warm up
3×5 body weight squats, 1×5 20kg squat, squat stretches, shoulder dislocations, supermans.
Work set
32.5kg 3×5 squat
25kg 3×5 bench
52.5kg 1×5 deadlift
Squat strecthes in the warm up are getting easier and I know don’t have to have my feet out so far just to get low. Really hate shoudler dislocations since they’re very hard and also supermans hurt and crush my balls.
Squats are still quite good can’t feel it getting much heavier yet. I might have a bit of back rounding i’m not sure. Still forgetting to tighten everything up since i’m still concetrating on knees out and hip drive plus making sure my wrists don’t bend. I think I started to lift my head up a bit so I lost some hip drive. Once again the bar is dipping on the right side but I can’t feel it when I do it. The bar looks balanced so still not sure what it is.
Bench was ok still find it hard to control the bar on the way down, not sure if I slow I should be going.
Anotehr 5kg gain on the deadlift and thought i’d struggle but still very comfy. I improved my grip to lower in my hands to the bar doesn’t slide and give me calluses. Should get some chalk soon. Form was still good and this exercise really tires you out no wonder it’s at the end. It’s my favourite since i’m lifiting the most and there’s something quite great about lifting a lot of weight straight off the ground.
Diet is still shit. Too lazy and no motivation to eat big yet.
