Workout #9
Changed my warm up a bit and introduced some warm up sets as instructed in Starting Strength.
2×5 20kg and 1×5 30kg squat
Work sets
Squat 3×5 37.5kg
Bench 3×5 27.5kg
Deadlift 1×5 57.5kg
Not many comments but the dipping on the right side of squats is starting to cause some knee pain I think so still something to work on. Camera battery ran out on deadlifts so can’t check form as weight gets heavier.
