Work sets
Squat 3×5 42.5kg
Bench 3×5 30kg
Deadlift 1×5 62.5kg
I think these might have been the best squats i’ve done to date, except the 2nd set I slacked a bit. Maybe this was down to the increased warm up sets.
Bench was better but not 100%.
Camera lost bloody battery again so only filmed 1 rep before cutting out. Form seemed ok, my grip was much better and felt lighter than the last time.
