Workout #8

Warm up – as previous posts

Work set

35kg 3×5 squat

25kg 3×5 press

Don’t think my squats were as good, my mind wasn’t fully focusing.  On the last rep of the last set I exaggerated the hip drive and ended up smacking the bar into the rack pins.

Press is starting to get heavy now at 25kg and really struggled on the last set so will continue the increase but may need to start looking at micro loading after my first stall.
